Shipping Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.

We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. In the event your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to your local contact (either USPS or UPS) as soon as possible.  Please send an email to  within 48 hours so we can also file a claim on our end.

Please allow plenty of time for shipping during high volume times like the holidays.

We do our absolute best to ship all orders out within 3-5 business days (current turnaround time will be listed on banner of website). Weekends and US holidays do NOT count as a production day.  Day 1 of production is the business day after you place your order.  If you place your order on a Friday, Monday is the first business day, unless Monday is a US holiday.  Shipping transit is in addition to the production time.  Please plan accordingly.

If you have orders with different types of items, they may ship separately. We do not process orders on the weekends or US holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.
